Christopher brings over 15 years of residential and commercial architectural experience, with a focus on thoughtful, high-quality design.
A licensed architect and graduate of Boston Architectural College, he works closely on select projects to ensure each home is well-designed, functional, and aligned with the character of the North Shore.
Jim Longley
Founder
Jim focuses on sourcing, structuring, and executing residential projects across the North Shore.
He is actively involved in every stage of the process - from identifying opportunities and navigating local approvals to overseeing execution - ensuring each project is positioned for success.
